Plaid skirt

The Scottish skirt is descended from the kilt made from tartan, the fabric featuring vertical and horizontal lines that crisscross to form squares. While the most famous version of the kilt is green and blue, there are many more color combinations out there, each representing a clan from the Scottish aristocracy.
